After learning the ins and outs of real estate while hunting for her own first home, Samantha decided to delve deeper into the industry by becoming a full-time agent. Sam became licensed in 2010 and was officially full-time by 2012 and has been helping others buy and sell every day since. Her background experience in customer service and a degree in Marketing have tremendously shaped her plan of action when assisting clients. She uses creative listing techniques and all-around modern marketing to help clients make the most of their transactions. As a Colorado native born and raised in the Greater Metro-Denver area, Samantha is familiar with the front-range metro area, from Boulder, Castle Rock, and Evergreen, to Golden in the foothills and the plains of Aurora. Her six years of real estate experience ranges from buying and selling homes and condos in established neighborhoods to new construction and subdivision developments.

Samantha Smersh was our agent and we couldn't be happier. This was our first home buying experience and it was incredibly stressful, but Sam was patient with us and walked us through everything. We did have one hiccup around closing and Samantha worked really hard to get things straightened out, coordinating the lender, the title company and the sellers agent, and it wasn't even her fault to begin with.
